Return & Replacement Policy

At Snabitty, we take pride in the quality of our products and pack every order with care. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective products.Β However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly send a replacement. Please provide images/videos of the received product.Β 


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.Β To report an issue, email hello@snabitty.com with your order number, photos or video of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the problem.Β Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement shipment where applicable.Β If the exact product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Products that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect are not eligible for return or replacement.Β 

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, or incorrect model selection by the customer.


Exchanges
