At Snabitty, we aim to make every delivery smooth, transparent, and timely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we process, ship, and handle your orders.
Shipping & Processing
We partner with Shiprocket to deliver across India through trusted couriers like DTDC, Bluedart, Shadowfax, and Amazon Shipping. Once your order is handed over, all tracking updates are shared via email and WhatsApp directly through Shiprocket.
While we can raise escalations on your behalf, we don’t have direct control over courier operations or delivery timelines.
If your order is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or shows no tracking updates for more than 3 business days, please contact us at hello@snabitty.com with your order number. We’ll raise an escalation with Shiprocket on your behalf and keep you informed of every step. We’ll do our best to assist, though delivery completion ultimately depends on the courier’s network and serviceability.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Shipments may not move on weekends or public holidays.
If there is a significant delay in dispatch, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the courier’s availability.

Please note that delays may occur due to weather, logistics disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Damages & Lost Packages
We take great care in packing and shipping every order.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@snabitty.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video of the product and packaging.
We’ll work with Shiprocket and the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, this may include a replacement as per our Return & Refund Policy.
While Snabitty isn’t directly responsible for courier handling, we take full responsibility for ensuring you receive what you ordered in good condition.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.
