What are phone case inserts?

A phone case insert is the changeable design layer that sits inside a clear phone case.

Not a sticker. Not a skin. Not a flimsy piece of paper pretending to be a product.

It is a thin, glossy insert that slips between your iPhone and the case, so the look can change without replacing the whole case.

The case does the protection. The insert does the mood.

The old way

Buying a new case every time was always strange

For years, changing your phone’s look meant buying another phone case.

One case for one mood. Another case for another outfit. Another one because the first one got boring. Another because the clear one turned yellow and started looking tired.

Then they sit in a drawer. Too useful to throw away. Too boring to use again.

Snabitty started from one small question: why should the whole case change when only the look needs to change?

The split

So we separated the case from the look

A Snabitty setup has two parts.

The clear iPhone case is the base. It protects the phone and holds everything in place.

The insert is the design layer. It sits inside the case and changes how your phone looks.

No glue. No sticker. No permanent commitment.

Just one clear case, and inserts you can switch whenever you want a new look.

The material

Made for everyday use

A Snabitty insert is made from a double-sided glossy polymer-laminated paper composite.

Its laminated surface is waterproof and tear-resistant. However, if water becomes trapped inside the case for a prolonged period, it may enter through the edges and damage the insert.

If you notice moisture or bubbles inside the case, remove the case immediately. Take out the insert and allow the case, phone, and insert to dry completely before putting them back together.

With a little care, your inserts can be switched, stored, and used again for a long time.

Moisture warning

If you see bubbles, take the case off

First sign: Small bubbles or moisture appear between the insert and the case.

Next sign: Yellow patches begin appearing on the insert.

If the moisture remains trapped for too long, parts of the print may chip away and stick to the inside of the case.

Do not wait for the insert to dry while it is still inside the case. Remove everything, wipe the case, and let all three parts dry separately.

Replacement policy

If this happens during your first three days

If moisture damages your insert within the first three days of use, contact us with photographs of the case and damaged insert. Once verified, we will replace both the case and the affected insert at no charge.

After the first three days of use, moisture-related damage is not eligible for a free replacement.

Not a sticker

A sticker sticks. An insert sits.

That is the cleanest difference.

A sticker attaches to a surface. An insert stays inside the case.

A sticker usually becomes a commitment. An insert can be removed, changed, stored, collected, or replaced later.

It is closer to changing an outfit than applying a tattoo.

Why it matters

Printed cases lock the design to the case

Printed cases can look beautiful. That is not the problem.

The problem is that the case and the design are fused into one thing.

If you get bored of the design, you replace the whole case.

With Snabitty, the case is the base and the inserts are the wardrobe.

So if you want five looks, you do not need five cases. You need one case and five inserts.

FAQs

Are Snabitty inserts waterproof?

The laminated surface is waterproof and can handle brief contact with water. However, water trapped inside the case for a prolonged period may enter through the insert’s edges and cause damage. If you notice moisture or bubbles, remove the case immediately and allow everything to dry completely.

What happens if moisture damages my insert?

If this happens within the first three days of use, contact us with photographs of the case and damaged insert. Once verified, we will replace both at no charge. Moisture-related damage after the first three days of use is not eligible for a free replacement.

Do phone case inserts stick to the phone?

No. Snabitty inserts do not stick to the phone. They sit between the phone and the clear case.

Are inserts the same as stickers?

No. Stickers stick to a surface. Inserts sit inside the case and can be removed or changed.

Do I need a Snabitty case to use Snabitty inserts?

Yes. Snabitty inserts are made to fit inside Snabitty’s clear iPhone case for supported models.

Can I buy only inserts later?

Yes. If you already own a Snabitty case, use the code NOCASE at checkout to order only inserts.

Why not just buy printed phone cases?

You can. But if you want many looks, printed cases mean buying many cases. Snabitty lets you keep one case and change only the design insert.
